Each year, the Australian Government conducts the Quality Indicators of Learning and Teaching (QILT) survey to assess higher education institutions across the nation.
In 2023, over 260,000 students from more than 100 universities and higher education providers participated in the survey, revealing insightful data on the student experience. Tabor College once again emerged as a standout performer, surpassing national averages and earning top rankings in key areas.

With data collected from across the nation, Tabor has not only exceeded the national averages but has secured top rankings in South Australia and Australia in specific areas.
#1 in Australia – Education Programs
Tabor’s Faculty of Education has distinguished itself by achieving the #1 ranking in Australia for the "Overall Quality of Educational Experience" at the undergraduate level. With a score of 93.8%, Tabor was well ahead of its competitors, including second-placed Griffith College (90.9). For equivalent programs, Tabor outshone Avondale University (89.9), affirming its position as the leading choice for aspiring educators.

Tabor continues to lead in South Australia, outperforming local universities in the QILT survey's key measures. For overall satisfaction, Tabor achieved higher scores than all South Australian universities at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Setting the Benchmark Among Christian Institutions
In a comparison among benchmarking colleges (Christian multi-faculty providers), Tabor retained 1st place at the undergraduate level and 3rd place at the postgraduate level for overall quality of the educational experience.
Graduate Success
In terms of graduate employment, Tabor performed well, achieving an overall employment rate of 91.6%—notably higher than the national NUHEI (Non-University Higher Education Institutions) average of 80.9%. At undergraduate level the full-time employment rate exceeded the NUHEI average by 8.4%.
